Right to Work Checks
Right to work checks will be extended to non-employees includiing workers, self employed/subcontractors, zero hours workers etc. There will also be changes to how check can be made.

1 April 2026

Minimum Wage

The government, in their Oct budget, announced an increase in the NMW from 1st April 2027 to £13.21 for over 21's. This represents an increase of 3.9%
